Riyadh – Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) was awarded a SAR 85.96 million project contract from the Ministry of Health on 26 August 2024.

The deal covers the operation and maintenance of the digital infrastructure of 48 hospitals in the central region, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the two entities are expected to ink the deal on 26 October 2024.

2P Perfect Presentation expected that the financial effect would be positive and reflected during the period between 2024 and 2029.

Facility Deal with Al Rajhi Bank

The company renewed and increased its banking facility valued at SAR 265 million with Al Rajhi Bank for newly awarded projects.

The financing agreement, which is secured by promissory notes to the amount of the total facilities limit, is valid until 25 August 2025.

In July, 2P Perfect Presentation secured a SAR 121 million loan from Riyad Bank.
